why are rappers buying other rappers expensive gifts now………? Tax purposes?

    • Nick White

That’s what I would do. If they owe them for something. Instead of cutting a check they could give a gift and actually write it off for tax purposes.

Yeah that def makes sense I think also there trying floss for the public a lil bit also!! All I’m sayin is I wish I had friends like that, shit!!!!!

can’t deduct gifts from your personal taxes….only gifts for charitable donations.

        • Nick White

          Hmm news to me.
He is an independent. And can write off his taxes as such as payment by gift.
Kinda of how trump did except to a bigger scale.
          Example (real estate agents)

the definition of a gift is “removed and detached” and thus the donor cannot have a vested interest in giving the gift. the person receiving the gift does not have to report the asset on their taxes as gross income. business gifts are deductible to a certain limit.

unless French was my best friend…i would not buy a grown man who aint family a watch.

      gifts are not tax deductible

      • Craig

we are calling it a gift because that’s how the article presented it……but who knows it could be labeled something else. Could be a perk for work completed…..

        • Myleage

or maybe he’s just a nice guy.

          • Craig

            I got the wrong friends

        • Myleage

          • Craig
