He literally said hed pay some1 to do that, as in not get his hands dirty

          • Frank White

I don’t think he meant pay someone to sell his drugs…that doesn’t make sense…I mean giving someone a cut maybe..but you would have to be moving super large amounts for even that to make you enough money worth risking your freedom over

          • disqus_Gd952rt1Pw

He obviously needed the money if he was doin it, and it had to be alotta weed to get charged with felony intent

          • Herbz 4 Breakfast

30 years for weed? How Sway? How?

    • disqus_Gd952rt1Pw

      Guns

      • Imwhite

Fair point, but the article says he had that removed and STILL faces up to 30 years

    • Herbz 4 Breakfast

Drug charges are usually jacked up like that. This isn’t new, I gotta homie that’s facing 200 years for meth. He would literally die in prison, be reborn and go back to prison. Shit is crazy. America is the home of cruel and unusual punishment. Touch a child, you’ll be out in 5 years or less. Sell something to someone who’s going to get it anyway, and you’re facing life

      • Imwhite

Thats so fucked up how right you are. Did they mention how much he had on him? Where I’m at its legal by state standards so its crazy to think that people still get arrested for weed

  • Food4Thought

Man these niggas never learn..I’ve done stupid shit in my life like we all have, but most of my life lessons/wisdom has come from watching other people fuck up and making sure not repeat what they’ve done

    • Herbz 4 Breakfast

Real talk, some shit you don’t have to learn the hard way (through experience)

History proved prohibition does not work. It creates more danger to communities than legalization.

    • disqus_Gd952rt1Pw

      Depends what drug

      • Herbz 4 Breakfast

No it doesn’t. Prohibition creates crime, that’s a fact. Wouldn’t have weed crimes without weed being outlawed. And as far as the hard drugs, they will get them rather their legal or not. America is supposed to be all about freedom and free will, so if somebody wants to ride around without and seat belt why would they care? It’s not like the government pays for funerals. Same thing with drugs, if somebody has made up in their mind that they’re going to do drugs til they die….Who are you to contradict that?

        • disqus_Gd952rt1Pw

Yea heroin bein legal aint a good idea.. Neither is meth or crack

          • Herbz 4 Breakfast

True or False, People will use drugs regardless of laws

          • disqus_Gd952rt1Pw

Ofcourse, but they will more if its legal. Weeds shrooms lsd all healthy so who cares. But ppl will od Like crazy if hard drugs are legal

          • Imwhite

Not necessarily true, look at Portugal. In the 90’s they were up to 1% of the population addicted to drugs so the government legailzed everything and instead of wasting money arresting people for small amounts of drugs they offered mandatory help and support. They went from having one of the highest overdose rates to one of the lowest over the span of just 15 years
