Lyor Cohen Hits Travis Scott With Big Lawsuit
Earlier this week, Young Thug heaped praise on his “second dad,” Hip Hop executive Lyor Cohen.
Travis Scott isn’t going to cosign that emotion anytime soon.
The deal guaranteed them 15% of everything Scott made in entertainment. But they’ve only been paid 37K so far. So Lyor and company are seeking $2 million, which is 15% of what they believe Scott’s made over the last three years.
Scott counters that LCAR Management didn’t hold up their end of the bargain from the beginning — “never lifting a finger” for him. He says he told them in 2015 that their services were no longer needed, and that he had hired a different management company.
Sources who spoke to TMZ said they were surprised Cohen would file such a petty lawsuit.
