Drake’s Eighth Annual OVO Fest Sells Out In Minutes And Fans Lose It
If you were trying to get a jump on purchasing tickets for Drake’s eighth annual OVO Fest, don’t bother because it sold out in minutes, and people are fuming about it. The concert was announced earlier this week and will include OVO Sound acts like PARTYNEXTDOOR, Majid Jordan, Roy Woods and dvsn. When the lineup was presented, fans were told they could buy tickets early on Thursday (June 29).
But as Hip-HopDX reports, ticket bots may have scooped all of the seats before Drake’s fans could get at them. Bots are automated systems that secure a huge number of tickets and then sell them for a profit on other sites.
Drake has yet to say anything to calm his angry fans down. You can see some of their tweets below.
